如果長期睡眠不足,會有損身體健康,甚至提早衰老。皮膚變得乾燥,鬆弛及失去光澤。
想擁有良好的睡眠質量,以下幾點應該對你有些幫助:
1. 睡前至少兩小時前吃完晚餐
2. 晚餐應吃低脂的食物
3. 睡前不宣飲用咖啡,濃茶,可樂等含咖啡因的飲品
4. 睡前切忌做劇烈運動
5. 睡眠應定時,保持生理時鐘的秩序
