睡眠不是越多越好
雖然充足的睡眠可使人容光煥發,但是睡眠並不是越多越好。睡七至八小時最為恰當。
不規律的睡眠會擾亂生理時鐘,會導致荷爾蒙分泌失衡,使大腦興奮與抑制失調,夜間難以入睡,日間心緒不寧,還會令身體抵抗力下降。所以必須保持良好的生活規律,才可有良好的睡眠質量。
其實,睡眠會由淺入深。首先淺睡,漸進至深層的睡眠,心跳轉慢,血壓及體溫下降,最後再進入眼球頻跳階段,此時對身體休息是非常重要的。只要適當補充荷爾蒙,可令眼球頻跳階段延長,還能提高睡眠質素,從而改善肌膚的再生能力。
大家不妨在睡前一小時把睡房的燈光調暗,據說可促進褪黑激素的分泌,有助進入深層的睡眠。
