女性貧血
你對貧血瞭解多少呢?我們先來一個女性貧血自我測試,以下是貧血的典型症狀,如果有三項或以上,可能已經有貧血的危機了。

貧血可以導致面色發黃,頭暈眼花,疲倦乏力,經血量少或延遲,嚴重者甚至早出白髮及皺紋,還會提早更年期。
女性多數為缺鐵性貧血,當鐵的需要增多而攝取不足,鐵的吸收不良,或是失血都會引致缺鐵性貧血。平常多吃菠菜可以有效治療缺鐵性貧血。
亦可在月經週期飲用紅棗桂圓薑茶,不但能補血還可舒緩經痛。
